Filson fiber bed candle filter, also called type fiber bed mist eliminator, typically consists of two cylindrical screens filled with fiberglass media. The screens are available in various materials such as carbon steel, corrosion-resistant alloys, and polymers, catering to diverse application needs. As mist-laden gas passes through the walls of fiber bed candle filter, impurities are trapped, while the clean gas flows out from the other side.
