FilSon Low Pressure Duplex Filters (LPDF) provide a simple and cost effective way to separate particle impurities from hydraulic & lube oil systems.
They are ideal for applications where continuous flow must be maintained, with no flow interruption for strainer basket cleaning. The surface of the duplex basket filters are treated with phosphorus and painted using polyurethane top coating. Transfer valve and convenient bleed valve provides smooth changeover.
- Maximum flow rate of 2500 l/min
- Numerous connection variants
- Bypass-valve, clogging indicators
- High capacity with low-pressure drops
- Carbon steel or stainless steel strainer optional
- Ball valve, poppet and cam-operated valve are available

All FilSon duplex filters and duplex basket strainers are subjected to strict air-tight and leak testing.
We use high-quality hydraulic fittings and duplex filter housing that allow for quick set up and minimal oil spills.
There is a ball valve changeover and a contamination indicator for protecting the hydraulic system safety and reliable seals. Its flow rate is 2500 l/min and a maximum pressure up to 1.6 Mpa.

Why Filson Low Pressure Duplex Filter

Easy-to-operate lever handle
Flexible, lightweight and quiet operation
Duplex Filter Housing
Industrial quality, ensure continuous operation even during element is changed. Stainless steel models are also available
Three-way Ball Valve
Longer service life, well sealing without oil leakage. Permit by-passing the filter during elements changes without costly system shutdown
High-strength Bolt Connection
Good firmness, not easy to deformation. Cannot get up the nail.
Clogging Indicator
Indicating when to change filter elements
Vent plug
Efficient air purging to ensure pressure equilibration
Inlet (above) Outlet (below)
Inlet and outlet connections are located on the same or opposite side
Balance Valve
Used for pressure relief, providing smooth changeover when changing elements.
