Noble metal catalyst is highly reactive and very expensive. It is widely used in many industry like petrochemical, pharmaceutical, refinery plant and so on.

Unfiltered filtrate enters the filter element through the inlet connection. The fluid flows in the direction from outside to inside, blocking impurities and catalyst smaller than the stipulated micron size. Then the clean fluid is allowed to pass through the filter element’s inner core, flowing out from the outlet connection.
As the accumulation of suspend granules and catalyst, they will start to clog the outer surface of the filter element, causing the internal and external pressure difference to gradually increase. Once the pressure difference reaches the preset value, the pressure sensor will send signals to the control panel through the pressure switch.
Then drain valve and back purging process are started, marking the beginning of the cleaning for filter element. According to your application requirements, you can choose back purging media from compressed air, gas, nitrogen,steam, solvents and so on.
After cleaning process is completed, catalyst particles can be collected through drain valve located at the bottom or they can be discharged directly into the reaction container for next round of operation.
